Looking Forward to "Risshun": The Beginning of Spring

Though it is still cold, the Japanese calendar tells us that "Risshun" (the beginning of spring) is just around the corner in early February. In Japan, we start looking for the tiny buds on plum trees during this time. At FujiTime, we are also preparing for the change, focusing on lighter flavors and floral notes.
